AIADMK general secretary Palaniswami might face the same fate as Nitish Kumar, says Congress MP

The NDA should be defeated in the Assembly election in Tamil Nadu to save AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami from facing the disgrace of being forced to step down as Chief Minister on the lines of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, said Virudhunagar MP B. Manickam Tagore.

Talking to reporters here on Thursday, Mr. Tagore said the political parties in Tamil Nadu were coerced to join the NDA through the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate. The present episode of Mr. Nithish Kumar showed how the alliance party leaders were being treated by the BJP.
