Supporters of the May 17 Movement defaced Hindi letters on the railway signage at Singanallur railway station in Coimbatore on March 12, 2026 (Thursday).
According to the organisation, Hindi letters were defaced as part of intensifying its protest against Hindi imposition in Tamil Nadu.
