Giving clean chit to AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and 21 others in the excise policy case lodged by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Special Judge Jitendra Singh of Rouse Avenue Courts said the prosecution has failed to establish any prima facie evidence of criminal conspiracy, quid pro quo, or misuse of official position by the accused persons.

The court held that the excise case, as sought to be projected by the CBI, is wholly unable to withstand judicial scrutiny and stands discredited in its entirety.
