The Delhi High Court on Monday (March 9, 2026) sought the stand of former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his deputy Manish Sisodia and 21 others on a petition by the CBI challenging their discharge in the liquor policy case by the trial court.

Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma listed the CBI’s petition for hearing on March 16.
